1. Introduction

• You may hold only one (1) active account on 7cc. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 7cc employee.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Creating an account on 7cc is free of charge. During the registration process, you will be required to provide certain personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. This information is used to verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with our internal compliance standards.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 7cc will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or phone. KYC Verification

7cc operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business days, subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

• Withdrawals are only paid to verified accounts in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• 7cc reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if suspicious activity is detected on an account pending further investigation.
• Currency exchange losses, if any, are borne entirely by the account holder and are not the responsibility of 7cc.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

7cc offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods. You should always review the specific terms attached to any bonus before claiming it.

• The standard wagering requirement (rollover) for all bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page.

Bets & Wagers

In the event of a technical error or system failure during a game round, 7cc reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund any stakes to the player's account balance. The outcome of any voided round will not stand.

Cricket Betting

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7cc Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through hacking, cheating, or exploiting software vulnerabilities.
• Opening more than one account or registering under a false or borrowed identity.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward 7cc staff or other players.
• Attempting to exploit, circumvent, or abuse any bonus, promotion, or free spin offer in bad faith.

12. Amendments to These Terms

7cc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
